Alpine amp

I was wondering if there is a way to wire a switch to the amp so that I don't have to turn off the head unit to turn off the amp?
Anonymous	Posted on Monday, March 08, 2004 - 02:45 GMT Just cut the remote wire (the one from the head unit that turns the amp on and off) and place a switch in between the two ends. Very simple!

It works basically like a light switch. Switch it one way and you have N/C (amp on) and the other way N/O and your amp is off.
