The new eclipse amps say they are 0.1%THD on the website but when you open their pdf file it says they are 0.004%THD. Can someone clarify this for me? And are the older models the same? Meaning if they say 0.1% are they actually like 0.004%?
ignore THD. it's a meaningless stat. you can't hear anything below 1%, or below 10% in a car. don't worry about it. the number is just there to make the uneducated masses ooh and ahhh

Oh ok! so their amplifiers they have made in the last 5 years are all pretty clean? Im looking for an amp to run components. US amps is too expensive and im looking for an alternative.

dear, eclipse i was wondering if i could send my amplifier in to you guys to fix, i have a model 33230 eclpise amp. And if i can send it on to you , what would the cost be? please get back as soon as possible
