Does anyone know what is needed to get hired at a stereo shop? I have my own little bussiness if you may call it installing subs, amps, speakers, head units, making boxes and all of that. I know my way around car audio pretty good and I was curious as to what may be needed. I'm 16 so I dunno how much of a factor that will make.

well the way I got into my first installer job was through my High school. There was a work study program so I went to school in the morning and worked in the afternoon and got credits I needed to graduate. I only got paid a small hourly wage but I was doing what I loved to do at the time(man was I nuts) lol!
