- Type of car
- type of box
- type of sub
- amplification
- sound deadening
Even if we new this it would be to complex to calculate.

30Hz bass will require much more power to be heard vs 60Hz bass. Human ear tends to be more sensitive to mid bass than ultra low bass.
If you want 30Hz bass to travel far, you will need much more power over 60Hz bass.
You can experiment it using high quality system. Apply 800w rms to 30Hz or lower tone. Then try 60Hz or higher with 600w rms.
You'll see that 600w will seem much louder than 800w of low bass.
The cool thing about low bass is, it's non directional. People will have hard time trying to figure out where it's coming from.

Exactly, when i whould be a red light or somthing and i had my 2 jl 12w6v2 sealed i remember people looking at other cars and trying to figure out where the bass was coming from. I loved that.
