Bridging or mono amp.. wats better

if i get the power for my subs from a mono amp is it better than if i got a 2 channel amp an bridged to gain the power needed??? or is it the same

Mono is going to sound better. They have better features for shaping the sound to the sub like better low-pass crossovers.
