Bronze Member Username: ShutterleftopenColumbus, Ohio United states Post Number: 26 Registered: Apr-05 | well i had 2 legacy 10's. i know. they suck. well they're blown. nothing anymore. so i have to trash them probably. in about 2 weeks or so i'll have around 200-300 bucks for new subs. what should i get? one really nice 12-10? 2 okay 10's? what brands should i look at? i have a 1000 watt cyclone amp to power them too.i know those aren't too good either. but it's what i have for now. and i want something that'll get low. |

Anonymous | 200-300 bucks for subs isn't a horrible price range, you can get 2 good 10's or 2 okay 12's-- but then again you can get one GREAT 12 for 300 dollars. look into Kicker CRV's for the 2 okay 12's and JL for good 10's |

New member Username: TraymannsplTrenton, Mo USA Post Number: 6 Registered: May-05 | no these is what you need 2 12" kicker L7s there sguare so they have 20% more surface area which allows you to produce more bass. You can run these a 2,4,8 ohms because they are dual 4 ohm voicecoils but i would wire them to 2 ohms becuase all amps that are 2 ohm stable allows you to draw more power from the amp because most all amps have more power at 2 ohms they hit hard for your money about 140 a piece |
