Im building a ported box with square vents on the sides. there is a divider between the subs so its like 2 seperate boxes. i'll have one port on each box, the enclosure volume is 2.1ft cubed each. the vents are 3.5" wide, 14.5" high and there is a corner in the vents so they are each 29.4" long. i think this is tuned to 42Hz. Does this all sound right? will 42 Hz sound good and be loud?

you are right 42 hz but the fact that there is a corner (if by corner you mean a 90 degree bend) will actually make your port tune slightly lower. Plus the fact that your saying the box is 2.10 cf. internal gives the assumption you have accounted for port and subwoofer displacement otherwise your internal air space will be less and your port tune higher as a result.

from what i see that amp is only 4 ohms stable at max power if so your two infinity 4 ohm single coils will only be able to go 8 ohms bridged and 4 ohm bridged is only 116 watts rms according to the one site...do you have the literature to check if its only 4 ohms stable mono
