Hello, I have a sony radio with 1 set of RCA outs, red and white females. I want to hook up 2 amps, one for the speakers on the front and back doors of the car and the other amp to the woofers which are also located in the rear. The speakers in front and rear doors are 120 watts each and the woofers are 600 watts each. Any suggestions on how i would go about bridging them. Meaning someone informed me i can take the RCA outs and split them. Also is there any site i can go to for this information. Thanks Julio
What you need to do is get an additional radio and if you listen to cds you need to make a copy and put them in the same time and play them in sync. this is the only way that you can have the sound your looking for.
It was tough for me at first but after a few days at it my stereo sounds great.
now all you need is jsut the woofers. The speakers mean nothing.
Is there any site i can go for this info?.....I think i am going to try the splitters....a friend of mine says he took the left lead (white female) and right lead (Red female) and split them. I am guessing he used a RCS splitter.
