does changing the dealer specified port fq mess up the sub. i.e. dealer says a port 4 inch diameter and 10 inch long. wat if i want a lower fq and make it 12 iches long, does that f up the sub?

Im no expert..but i dont think it will.. the only way low tuning for a ported can mess up ur sub is if u dont use a subsonic filter. Im sure there are guys here that give u better answers.
