My friend is on a budget of 150$ for the whole sytem which means an amp, amp kit, and subwoofer. I will install it for him so he doesnt have to pay for that. He wants a decent system; he doesnt listen to much rap so he definitly wants a good sq sub. I told him to save his money so he could get something good but he just wants to spend 150$ on it. I buy all my stuff off ebay anyways so it will be cheaper for him. I've been looking on ebay for him but i dont really know much about the low end quality sytems. If someone could just give me some suggestions that would be nice. Thanks

Thanks man, got another question. I got 2 15" mtx 8000 and a 1501d amp with a 0 guage amp kit. In my opinion its not reaching its potential in SPL. Any suggestions why?

http://www.audiocarplus.com/mtxsub2.html << for the subs. mine is single voice coil

http://www.audiocarplus.com/mtxamps.html << for the amp, mine is the mtx 1501d.

PS i just recently bought dynamat,a capicitor, and a equalizer, so maybe that will help out the sound. Thanks for the help

well are u runing the subs bridged at 2 ohms or to a seperate channel 4 ohms on the amp, also that stuff will help the sound to

I'm still confused. Like how do you connect all of this with just one wire?
