Okay I have a 1993 Mazda MX6, ya old car but I just had a new engine put in, spark plugs, air intake, brakes, tires, body work, the works so its practically new.
Anyways, the rear speakers are 6x8s and so are the front speakers, but on the dash there are also 2 tweeters. So I guess like 6 speakers in effect. How do I go about replacing the speakers and HU? I do not want to get comp speakers if I don't have to, but that would probably solve it. However what would I need on the HU in order to power all of the speakersand tweeters? Should I scrap the tweeters or replace them as well or what? I don't want to get an extra amp either if I can avoid it
If anything I'd say scrap the rear speakers first. Stock speakers are crap anyways. I would really recommend just getting an amp, but I would get some new speakers first.
