Alright so i have a JL Audio 500/1 amp and a JL Audio 10" powerwedge and i was just wondering if it would be best to just hook it up to the first positive and first negative because from all i know is you get more power when you bridge but id like someone to explain it more to me if possible. Ive searched the threads but its all scattered around, well thanks for the help anyways
if you hook it up to the 1st positive and the 1st negative you are gettin half of wat the amp can handle if you hook it up to the 1st positive and 2nd negative or bridged you are gettin the rms power from the amp so if you wanna put out as much as the amp can handle then bridge it if you wanna save power then dont.
