i live in TN and its startin to get hot..... im worried about the amp overheating how do i keep it from overheating or frying if it doesnt have a fan in it?

just keep the amp where it can get plenty of air flow rather then under seats. you can also get 12v fans and hook them up around the amp if you want.

yea i was thinkin about gettin a fan that i can hook into the cigerette lighter and point it at that....will that help?

yes, that can help. make sure you have it either pulling air towards or away from the heat sinks though, not sure which way is best though.

Go purchase whisper quiet cpu fan and mount it on the chassis. It'll work better if you can cut a hole for the fan on the case. If the heatsink is exposed, then mounting on that works too.
Lot of the amps have built in led lights that you can borrow to power the cpu fan.
