2 type s 12" 2ohm DVC + m501....good combo or not?

I'm gettin the 2 type s 12" dvc 2ohm subs runnin off the m501 would this be a good combo? if so do i wire both the subs in parallel?
im new to this so explain wat i dont know thanks
