2 sub/amp setups, which is better?

im thinkign of getting one of these setups
i dont know which is better though
please help
1) Phoenix Gold Xenon 400.1 Amp and a 10'' Phoenix Gold Xenon Subwoofer.

2) 1 kicker kx 400.1
1 old model alpine type R 10''

3) Phoenix Gold R8.0:1 Octane

i think its 3, 2 , 1

unless theres something i dont know about the kx400

it only pushes 400w rms and the PG 8.0:1 pushes 600 rms

the kicker amp is rated at 12 volts.

if the kicker amp is rated at 12v's thats a good thing. that means when the average car is cranked the voltage of the car rises to somewhere around 14 volts, which means that the amp would be pushing around 600-up watts rms when the car is running. But is that true that kicker amps are rated at 12v or is it just there small amps.
