I will be running a Alpine type X 10". I need a good enclosure. I was considering the JL Audio Pro wedge boxes. Because I don't know where to go for a high quality box for that sub. I don't want to make my own box(don't have the tools).Are those boxes even close to Alpine type X specs? The sub will be running off a MTX 8 something putting out 820 Rms at 2 ohms
naww bro... Make one. Put in some hours to make a bada$$ system, get supplies sounddeadening and get dimentions. dont waste your money on a box you like, make the box of your dreams!!
Yeah, I've gotta agree with him. Prefab ported boxes aren't the greatest idea. Once you get the correct measurments for everything a ported box really isn't that hard to make.
