Will my 12'' Ti take out my brother's pair of 10''

I jus need to build the box now. I need this Ti to be louder than my bro's pair of 10'' W3s lol. Do you guys hav any suggestions on the specs for a good box for me, thanks in advance.

Or get a snailshell everyone loves those, just tune it right and make sure it has enough air space.
