Kick CVR 12s

I have a pair of Kicker CVR 12s in a sealed box running at 2 ohms and I need to know if 500W RMS to each sub is gonna be a big difference than running 300W RMS to each sub. The line of amp Im looking at is power acoustic. Will running 500W RMS to each sub be louder/deeper than 300W RMS?
