Need Help with Sub

Anonymous

Looking at what sub to buy. Will be powered by a hifonics BX1500D. (1000x1 @ 2ohms) Looking at a single 12 or 15. Limit is 300 for the sub.
I am looking on ebay at the Alpine Type X. What other subs would you recommend. Eclipse? RE? Adire? any suggestions would be great... looking for SQ. I know either of these will give me more SPL than my 2 10s being fed by 400w I have now.

not for 300 bucks. you might be able to find a IDmax for that price which is a great great sub but not a REXXX or ADire brahma they are both $439 or more

OK, but back to the 300 dollar thing. I can get the type X for that, anything for 300 or less that is better, in your oppinion, than the X. I have never heard one...

i wouldn't get an alpine type x. they don't sound good imo and are power hungry but can't handel it. i've had a alpine type r 15 and it was pretty nice. actually still have it sitting around.

will sell for $200 plus shipping if your interested.

used for abour 4 months in sealed box powered by a tuned JL 500/1.

Jlw3 you can find for $180, RE SX is like $250. Not sure, but you might be able to find an Eclipse T off Ebay for around $300
