I dont know what to do. I have emailed them several times, I want to buy an 18 inch x-x-x but how am I supposed to buy it if I never get a returned email? They apparantly have great products but who is going to buy from them if you cant get a hold of them. grrr what do i do?
You have to call them, their website has been down for a while and they have had problems with their e-mail. I had the same problem. Nice people on the phone though.
