I Have 2 Audiobahn AW1251T 400 Rms 800 watt peak power subs and a pyramid PB-1236GX 2 channel amp... could anyone tell me how i should wire my subwoofers together, parallel-parallel or series or whatever, or just tell me how to hook it up becuase its dual voice coils on each sub and then how could i wire that to my amp... i'm not sure what impedence to use becuase my subs say 2 or 8 ohms and i'm not sure what my amp says so if anyone could help me out w/ that thank you
Those subs are dual 4ohm voice coil subs. I couldn't find any info on the stability of the amplifier so I don't know if it is 2ohm or 4ohm stable. Go to http://audiobahn.com/frame2004.html and click on Tech Support. Then go down and look at the wiring diagrams to see what will work for you.
you will have to wire them in a series to get a four ohm load on the amp. i can garantee that amp wont be able to handle any lower of impedence and be stable.
