Bronze Member Username: Terps297Potomac, MD USA Post Number: 16 Registered: Oct-04 | First of all i don't know what a battery isolator is, i'm just now looking at them and the prices seem affordable for me, gettinga new alternator is a huge step beacause i don't want to pay more than 200 for power sources for my system. What are the advantages of a battery isolator and disadvantages? if i buy a 240amp isolator to my stock battery and a optima yellow top battery, and my alternator is stock at 70 or so what does that mean? |
