Just wondering if this amp is overkill for the alpine X? or would it be a perfect match? also could my stock electrical system be ok with a 1.5 farad cap? its gunna go in a chrysler
...dont think your electrical system will like that very much, chances are you have a pretty small alternator and that amp is gonna draw alot of current...
A capacitor is meant to stiffen the power rails, its not gonna help for something that isnt there...its kinda like getting snow tires for a car you dont have...sure you have the tires...but theres nothing attached...yea bad analogy...
