Voltage Question

Alpinex1426 Unregistered guest	Posted on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 - 17:40 GMT I heard from a friend that when your car is off or is idling that you can expect around 12 volts to your amp. But when you are driving your car you can expect around 14 volts? is this true? -thanks
