How much will a 500/1 push a 12w7 to in a sealed box? ported?

i was wondering how much of the 29mm xmax of the 12w7 will be used if ran with a 500/1 ... first with a good sealed box and then what about a ported box.... what should the box be tuned to? let me know what you think thank you
