Friday, January 21, 2005 - 04:45 GMT I just want an amp that will fit the sub well... I was also thinking about the jl 500/1 but I didnt want to underpower the sub basically I want a D class amp that can put out between 750-1100ish amps

Friday, January 21, 2005 - 04:58 GMT Ok u could get; JBL gto1201.1 and wire it at 4 ohms to get 787 watts x 1 channel [329 bucks online] or mtx 801D. It all depends or VC configuration.

Friday, January 21, 2005 - 05:15 GMT its dual 4 ohm and i just looked and the GTO cant accept an 8v pre out it will shut down so i may not be able to get one of their top 2 head units

Friday, January 21, 2005 - 22:46 GMT Eclipse DA7122 if you can afford it. Works very well with that sub, the Ti loves power and is underrated.

Friday, January 21, 2005 - 22:58 GMT Sorry just now realised that you only have 1 12. lol I would say that the Rockford is a little big for just 1 12, guess I was thinking a head, thought you had 2 12's. My bad Guess if you git that amp you will have room to add!:-)
