Anonymous | One of my friends has a 12" Thunder5500 in a slot ported box with 310 watts and I will have a 12" brahma in a slot ported 1.25 box with 900 watts. He says that his mtx will destroy my brahma under any condition but I think the brahma is better. Which will be louder and sound better? And by how much? |

Anonymous | I'd do what any good friend would do, bet money. First off, bigger box or better yet same size but sealed. With sealed, first you show him how the Brahma handles SPL then you pull a dirty trick on him. Drop in some tunes with beats way below where he has his port tuned, and listen to it unload. The only conceivable win for the MTX would be super small box with very little power, but the Brahma would probably take that too. |
Anonymous | What would be better a sealed box or ported and what size box for around 900 watts. Can you give me a link to where I can purchase the right box. |
