Cubic ft.

The speaker im looking two buy has a sealed speaker box volume of 2.1 cubic ft, when they say 2.1 do they mean 2 ft and 1 inch? or 2 ft and 1 tenth of a foot. also when putting 2 of these speakers in the same box would I double that?

2ft and 1 tenth of a foot and yes you would double it.
