Is it easy to fit a regular box in a truck that is extended cab! or do you have to custom make it or what?

it depends on the truck..im getting a 2002 silverado ext cab.. im gonna get the pre made sealed subbox that holds 4 12's...and its perfect dimensions. i got 1 inch on each side...and its gonna sit right on top of back seat.

Nick there is a few companies that make boxes for extended cab trucks. The better ones in my opinion, and experiance are built with the speakers firing down. If you want give me your email address and I will send you some pics of my extended cab S-10s down firing box.
