Hey all.
I have got one audiobahn ALUM10Q . I bought because i liked it because of its RMS .
As this subwoofer is 6 ohm what happens if i use it as single? Even i study physics (lol but true) i dont know much about subwoofers and amplifiers. Is it possible to feed this subwoofer with 2 ohm load? If yes would it make any problems?

Which amplifier would you recommend?

Would AUDIOBAHN A8000T (400W x 1 RMS @ 4 Ohms mono 800W x 1 RMS @ 2 Ohms mono) make it work?

Please help this newbie!

Thanx all...

you can run your woofer at a 3ohm mono load or a 12ohm mono load. that is all...well, it is possible to run a 6ohm stereo load but you would never do that.

12ohm
or
3ohm

at 3ohms it looks like that amp would deliver around 600watts rms.

go 3 ohms...at 12 ohms you'd get more power if you connected a 9v battery to the voice coils...
