Music out of sub

Anonymous	Posted on Saturday, December 04, 2004 - 04:33 GMT i just bought a sub and i noticed that i could hear not only the bass but very softly the rest of the music playing from my sub. i played with the fading and balance of my speakers and my sub only works when i have my rear right speaker playing. wtf, is this right, have they wired my sub wrong and if so how do i fixed it and will it Sound beta / hit harder?

Anonymous	Posted on Saturday, December 04, 2004 - 06:44 GMT What kind of crossover are you using? Is it one built in the amp? Some low quality crossovers let by some of the frequencies that you are trying to block to the subs.

Anonymous	Posted on Sunday, December 05, 2004 - 13:49 GMT well i looked at my amp and the xover was set to off so i turned it onto low and that seemed to fix the problem, was this ok to do, it wont damage the sub/amp or anythin??
