MY QUESTION IS,,, WOULD IT BE BETTER TO GET ONE OF THESE SUBS AND TUNE THE BOX TO THE RIGHT FREQUENCIES, RIGHT MEASUREMENTS, OR GET TWO OF THESE ON A SEALED 1.2 CU BOX.

That box would be too small for 2 sealed 15"
I dont think theyd sound very good sealed either.
Id go ported.
Why Soundstream subs though?
