I live in Connecticut, resently i've noticed my amp making alot of noice when i turn my car on for the first minute or so, its more or less the cooling fan inside the amp that i head, could this be a cause of the cold weather, as soon as the amp heats up this noise goes right away...think the two are going hand in hand or is my amp on the way out?

what that is, would be a bad fan.
the bearings are dirty or failing.
you should be able to just replace the fan.
maybe even just blow it out, lube it and clean it.

so just take the cover off and clean the fan, if need be replace it. What kind of fan does it use? same type as in a Computer possibly? amp depending of course...
