Anyone out there have any opions on the IDmax12v3 sub? I have an amp that will provide plenty of power. Looking for a hard hiting everyday sub

Its a great SQL sub.
Ive never owned one, but Ive heard great things.
Perhaps a little much for an everyday driver IMO.
but Im old.

Thanks for the response. I was looking at the Kicker 12 L7's then i found this idmax for about the same price. The L7's have some bad points such as stress an distortion, so I hear. The W7's are so expensive, and the W6 only holds 400 watts RMS. I am new to the car audio world. Do you know of any subs in the $300 price range that perform well? My amp will put out 1100 RMS @ 2 ohms and 2000 watts RMS @ .5 ohm.

there are many super subs out there in the $300 range that will vastly outperform L7's and compared to a w7, much better buy

Where can you buy the subs listed above? I found the IDMAX on sounddomain.com but besides that i havent found the others
