i know i have to wire my dual voice 4ohms to an 1 ohm stable amp. heres a picture but i dont know what the hell it means. what are all the dots. please please tell me what it means.Upload

it means that the wires connect together there for the illustration.

anywhere they cross with no dot, they aren't connected.
dots mean the wires are connected.

so i have to cut the wires and attach them together? should i use some electric tape to keep them together or is there something better?

Your best bet would be to use butt connectors/other proper types or solder them together. Electrical tapes purpose is to cover up exposed wire, not so much hold it together. Everything you need can be found at RadioShack for the guage wire you are using.

No you don't have to cut the wires. In reality, you run the speaker wire from one terminal of the subwoofer to the other voice coils terminal, and the first terminal to the amplifier's output. Same for the other sub and other connections. So in reality, it'll look like this:

Thanks for the help. But, do I want 2 wires going into it? does this lessen my power running to the subs?

2 wires going to what, the amp? 2 wires won't cut power down, no. It's better than a splice.
