I have the subs, but no amp to power them with...help

I just recently bought 2 10" Kicker Solobarics L7 (600 watts rms). what would be a good amp to power them. I want them to really THUMP!!! Budget isnt really a concern, any advice on which way to go?

look at JBL amps..for about 600.. do you have a peak ? dont go over it.. if you get a jbl go atleast 1 to 2 hundread under it.. jbl are underrated

the speakers are 600 rms each and 1200 peak. what about Rockford Fosgate amps? are they any good?

a jbl 1200.1 is definite match do that with a alternator upgrade because youll be running amps for your highs and youll be good to go heres one for example on ebay

if you have dual 4 ohm L7 10's youll be good for a 2 ohm load

Yeah, you would be very happy with a Fosgate. I would choose a Fosgate over a JBL any day, but JBL is still a great amp too.

Depends on what kind off music u listen too. If ur a rock fan, get a RF, the amps are made to connect the sub to the thump of the drums, simply AMAZING. The only thing is that they are a little pricy.

actually the JBL 1200.1 would work for either one OR two of those L7s, since one sub would be a 4 ohm load and 600 watts to the sub.
two subs, 2 ohm load, 600w per sub.

and all for $200
