Ok, I am looking at a number of different sub boxes for my truck and I have a questions. Each box is down facing into the floor. Some boxes are put on post legs so there is an airspace in the front of the box and you can see the top of the sub if you look at the box and some boxes run all the way to the floor enclosing the sub completely. Is there any advantage or disadvantage to either of these? I didn't know if having the box closed off all the way to the floor would decrease the bass sound that is given out by the subs.
