i have 2 kicker CVR12 in two sealed boxes and a JBL 500 watt amp. The boxes arent connected but im not getting enough power. Would it be best to get a bandpass box or a vented one? and if i got either would it be any louder.
The ported box would get louder with that power, they'd still be slightly underpowered, but you'd get more out of them then you are now. CompVRs aren't much of a SQ sub, so I would go ported with them. Bandpass will make them sound horrible, try to avoid it.
