Sealed or Ported = Type R Loudness

PLease please any one tell me the dimensions for the enclosure of Two Type R.. to get a maximum loudness and a reasonable SQ.
Please don't forget to tell me how to tune a box. I am a newbie. If you are going help me, help me in detail

here 2 top bottom 30x23 2 sides 23x9.5 1 front 11x30 1 divder 9.5x22.25 1 back 9.5x28.5 2 ports 20x9.5 it goes top bottom first then both sides but sides on top on the top an bottom then put both sides on then put bac on then ports in then the front an its done

search around on some box building sites (google) make each chamber the size that alpine recomends for that sub being ported. youll probly want it tuned 32-35hz

I tried those dimension and tried to draw a sketch on the paper. But couldnt understand. If you've time, can you please give me a complete procedure and tell me that which dimension is for which side. If possible a diagrmatic representation will be appreciated

2 sides 23x9.5 1 divider 9.5x22.25 1 back 9.5x28.5 1 top 1 bottom 30x23 1 front 11x30 2 ports 20x9.5 front gos on last it gos liek 2 sides an divder on the top an bottom then bac an then once its all 2geather with the box open from the front make 4 2 inch spaces put them on 1 side box upwards an take the port an lay it on top of spacers an screw it an then do other side once thats done put the front on

Can you please make a diagram for me to follow the instructions for making a box?
I am unable to understand the measurements, If I cut the wood as yousuggested the size, how will I build the box

Can any one upload a skect or diagram for two type r subs 10 " round DVC 4ohm? tuned at 32 - 35 hz for maximum loudness, if possbile, a tuning frequency for maximum loudness and reasonable SQ.
