Tuesday, March 28, 2006 - 00:27 GMT well if you want pure spl i would say the DD, but for daily i would say sx, and you do know how much that dd costs right, you can almost buy 2 sx's for the price of one dd.

Tuesday, March 28, 2006 - 02:44 GMT actually the dd 3500 series sound great for a driver that can get real loud. no i cannot say that from experience but zac davis said that and i believe jonathan or glass said along the same lines as well. dd makes great subs.

Tuesday, March 28, 2006 - 02:54 GMT If you can get them for the same price...go w/ the DD3515. (list price is $490+ship) SX15's straight from RE are ~$300 shipped. One big advantage the SX has over the DD is that it is much less expensive get the SX reconed if you blow it (~$80). Both subs can sound nice and are loud...which will be louder/cleaner depends entirly on your install.
