i've been givin about 4 differnt recommendations for a amp to push 2 kicker cvr(400w each), they make both a dual 4ohm sub and a dual 2ohm sub, so what would be a good amp(under 200$) for the dual 4ohms(i heard mtx801d or kicker kx600.1) but i have NO IDEA what to get for an amp if i get the dual 2ohm subs, i think they'll make a 1ohm load
If you get 2 dual 2 ohm subs, then you can wire them up to present a .5, 2, 4 or 8 ohm load. If you get 2 dual 4 ohm subs, then you can wire them up to present a 1, 4, or 16 ohm load.
allright on the dual 2ohm subs, could you tell me how to get that 2ohm load????, and i thought the dual 4ohms could be wired down to 2ohms.. but nvm that
also an amp recommendation would be nice.. but it's got to be around 150$(used of ebay most likely) because it's a budget system( im currently looking at the kicker kx600.1)
