I have a rockford 6001 amp(1800 watts)and 2 alum12q(1000 watts rms,as they say)in a sealed box. I have a 99 buick century custom. I would like it to play as loud as it can get. The Alum12q are 6ohm wired in parllel something. I need some advice on how i can make these 2 12z hit the loudest. Should i put them in a smaller sealed box, rewire the speakers in a certain way. I would appreciate the help
You need to find out the specs for a large ported box from Audiobahn and build one. Unless you're going strictly for SPL, I'd definately go ported over bandpass.
