1 perfect 12.1 louder than 2 10" reference 1030 ??

would 1 12 inch kappa perfect with 300 JL watts be louder than 2 10 inch infinity reference 1030s... my sister used to have the 2 10 inch 1030s and she had them running off a pioneer 700w max amp.. they sounded pretty good but were not too loud at all... being that they are infinitys lowest end.. would the one 12 inch perfect be louder? and im sure it would have great SQ

I would have to guess that it might not get louder but it will definitely sound wicked. that JL amp is gonna give real clean steady power compared to the poineer amp.
