i have an alpine MRV T320 for sale in the subwoofers section for 150+ s&h..that will power them nicely...also it is brand new in box. so hit me up over there if it is anything you would be interested in.
I would look into jl audio 300/2. It would fit the premiums nicely consistering that their power range is 60-130 (asuming your getting 6.5"), and the jl amp puts out 150. Its good to overpower your speakers a little, so you don't run the risk of clipping or overheating your amp. Just don't push the speakers to distortion and you'll be just fine. Check out ebay.
