Anonymous | There are so many "volume equalizers" for TVs on the market. After trying the Terk and finding no sucess(since it actually unsycronized my TV's picture with it's sound), I looked into the TVSR (www.tvsoundregulator.com), this seems to be the only product out that actually does balance the sound along with keeping the picture in sync.
