Need Help on Amp Choice

Hydro New member Username: Hydro Post Number: 52 Registered: 12-2003	Posted on Friday, January 09, 2004 - 02:53 GMT Try 2 Jbl BP1200.1 amps they are 269.95 a piece and just wire each sub parallel Seperately to get a 2 ohm load going to each amp and you should get 1200 watts out of each amp.

A buddy of mine just bought a US Amps USA-3000 for his two idmax12's there. It sounds killer. Sealed at about 1500 watts each! Expensive, though. With two dual 4-ohm subs, you should be running them either parallel or combination series-parallel to reach 1 or 2 ohms total, depending on the amp you choose. http://www.audioperfect.com/shop/catalog/default.php?cPath=38
