ok, i have a 97 civic and ive read some previous posts about hatchbacks being the loudest and i was wondering could i just take out my rear deck and would that make it a lot louder?
yes it would but i wouldnt take the whole deck out, maybe just where the real speakers are at to allow for rear fill. that would release the pressure in the trunk to flow into the cabin. you should consider getting a custom box get the box ported into the car through the arm rest or the rear deck.
