Always a pleasure to watch a box war. Especially one as lopsided as this one.

Good stuff.

"i dont really like ported boxes" you are stoopid and from the other thread "i dont mix sub sizes b/c of cancalation"

Ware's Garage & Stereo Junction...."oh forgot to mension, as for u Canaan whatcha got to show?"

He didnt call him out. He just asked what he had. He obviously needed to learn a little but he still deserves respect. Canaan Just responded.

omg, just looked at his website and his vid.....lol, I think a stock stereo would sound just as good.

and ware....not just 1 person thinks Sony sucks...most anyone who has used them, then gone on to improver their system with almost anything better does too.
Sony 1000 watt amp---puts out 165X2 or 330 watts, NOT 1000
Sony 1000 watt Xplode subs----would literaly EXPLODE if you put 1000 watts to them.

As presiding judge, I declare Ware's Garage & Stereo Junction guilty of gross arrogance and false representation of " having a clue " about car audio.

Case closed.

This pic is OLD...and the box was UGLY, but it did 149.8db w/ 1 DD9515 on a 20.1 on a stock batt.
Those where my first attempt at building homemade 6" flares. They where flared to 11" iirc.
Upload
2 DD2515 box w/ interchangeable slot port w/ battery box. To my knowledge, I am the only person that builds boxes like this (interchangeable slot-port)...and I have only built 3 this way. I have posted pics of this type of box on a few sites, but never seen anyone build like this. Alot of people build the interchangeable drop-in ports, but I have yet to see any other boxes like mine. They may be out there, but I have not seen em. This setup did 150.x w/ 2 DDm1a's in a 4door dodge ram.

A quick single 10" box just to play around w/ the alpha 10".

Here is an example of my local box building 'competition'. They build ports like this for Kicker L5 10's.
Upload

Abraham Vazquez,
The blue MTX box was 4 5512's. They were on an old Rockford 1100a2. The car was old and the trunk lock fell out while the customer was listening to it for the first time....lol.

jake papa,
That box was just a simple box.
Doubled baffle w/ two 1/2" threaded rods for braces. They go front to back w/ nuts inside and outside of each board it passed through (baffle, port wall, back wall).

Wares,
I didn't want to sound like a azz or anything, you just asked to see some of my boxes. I posted a few of em. Most of those pics are actually kinda old. The 6-12 box is the newest one I posted pics. I didn't have all my pics on the my laptop, the rest of my pics are on my desktop.

different strokes for different folks. everybody likes different boxes and theres no reason to act like this. you never answered my question on the other thread, whats wrong with it? is it cuz im kinda new or something. have to agree with sean tho.

I would not have mixed types of subs.
You are most likely going to run into some cancellation issues. The different subs have different parameters.

8cuft sealed is HUGE box for 3 12's in a vehicle environment.

Also, you said the box was divided.
How is it divided? As in, draw me a pic or how your internal dividers are laid out.

it was origonally for 4 but got changed a bit. wouldnt be so bad if ppl take and try to teach others from their mistakes instead of harsh critisizm

I think the criticism is coming from you (by name at the very least) claiming to be an install professional if you will. The stuff being discussed here is pretty common knowledge and you're installing other peoples' sh*t.

If you want to run multiple subs sealed, try 4 12's in 1-1.25cuft each. Make sure each chamber is the same volume.

Something like MTX5512, PG RSd12, CVR12, etc...those would be an ok place to start. You can get the cheap too. (cheap is the reason I listed them)
