I need a box design for a 2005 RE Audio XXX. Max dimensions i got are about only 22-24 inches deep, 25" for width, and 17" high. I wanted to tune to 32 Hz.

As long as your not running over 2000 watts daily to this sub you can go with two four inch aero ports in a box 4.32 cubic feet gross with two 4 inch aero ports 14 inches long for a 32 hz port tune after the sub and port displacement.

Snow...."im not looking to run aero ports, but thanks sean. Can anyone else help me out with a design?"

With the space you gave thats pretty much your only choice to have the right port area and close to the space the sub calls for.

Also the space was 4.32 gross with the measurements at 20.5 x 23.5 x 15.5 (internal) and came out to 3.87 cubic feet after sub and ports using the aero ports. So if you want the 4 cubic feet I think the sub calls for adjust the measurements.
