I have an Infinity 1030W 10" Amp (250W RMS). Would an MTX Thunder202 (200 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms) be sufficient enough to power this sub?
Does anyone have any suggestions on other amps?

I was just also looking at a Rockford Punch 201S 2-Channel Car Amp .. are they any good?
Your amp is infinity or mtx? your statement says 2 amps and no sub...
MTX is a cost effective way to power a sub, you sacrifice a little on sound quality. A single 10 inch sub requires little power, for sound quality suggest 2-channel bridged and sub coils wired in series to any of following brands:
Is the 1030W a 4 ohm model? I recommend a 500 watt RMS mono amp. If it's rated at 500 watts at 2 ohms, it'll put around 250 RMS at 4 ohms. What this means is the flexibility to add another sub and double your power in the future if that's a goal of yours. RF
MTX 421D is pretty cheap. Will push that sub close to it's rated power.

another thing is that I only plan on using this one sub with the amp I will buy (I highly doubt I will be getting a pair of subs - so no need for future requirements for extra power
